My name is Shantanu Patel, and I’ve spent over 23 years navigating the dynamic world of technology and delivery leadership, helping organizations scale, transform, and thrive.

My journey began as a passionate software engineer, eager to solve problems and build innovative solutions. Over time, I transitioned into project and program management, eventually leading multi-million-dollar transformation initiatives across geographies and industries. Along the way, I’ve worn many hats Agile Coach, Delivery Head, Technology Strategist, and most importantly, a lifelong learner.

I believe in value-driven delivery, where technology isn’t just an enabler but a core driver of business success.
